PRATIX® MP 40
PRATIX® MP 40 is a cement-based, ready-to-use plaster mortar specially formulated for machine application on interior and exterior surfaces. It allows thick layers to be applied in a single pass and does not sag on vertical surfaces.
Complies with class GP CS IV W1 according to EN 998-1.
GP: General purpose rendering and plastering mortar
CS IV: Compressive strength class (≥ 6 N/mm²)
W1: Reduced capillary water absorption
Areas of Use
• For plastering and repairing concrete, brick and similar surfaces indoors and outdoors
• For wall and ceiling plasters
• In residential buildings, shopping centres and hospitals
• On foundations, in tunnels and on roadside embankments
Advantages
• Suitable for both machine and manual application
• Easy to prepare and apply, saves time
• Does not sag on vertical surfaces and provides excellent adhesion
• Long working time
• Offers reduced capillary water absorption while remaining vapour permeable
• Resistant to freeze-thaw cycles
