IZOMAX® C 40

IZOMAX® C40 is a two-component, elastic, cement and polymer emulsion based waterproofing material.
Complies with class CMO1P according to EN 14891.
CM: Cementitious waterproofing material applied in liquid form
O1: Crack-bridging ability (-5°C)
P: Bond strength in chlorinated water

Application Areas

•    Indoor and outdoor areas, on vertical and horizontal surfaces
•    Waterproofing applications beneath ceramic tiling
•    Retaining walls, foundations, and basement walls
•    Medium-sized pools and water tanks
•    Wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, and balconies
•    Walls and floors of cold storage facilities
•    Foundations and retaining walls

Advantages

•    Easy to prepare and apply
•    Elastic structure offers a continuous, wide application range
•    Can be applied with a brush, trowel, or sprayer
•    Water-repellent yet vapour-permeable
•    Does not shrink or crack
•    Provides very high bond strength
•    Resistant to freeze-thaw cycles
•    Waterproof, with a water penetration resistance of 4 bar
