IZOMAX® C70 UV
IZOMAX® C70 UV is a two-component, fully elastic, UV-resistant, cement and polymer emulsion based waterproofing material designed for demanding conditions involving temperature fluctuation and water pressure.
Complies with class CMO2P according to EN 14891.
CM: Cementitious waterproofing material applied in liquid form
O2: Crack-bridging ability (-20°C)
P: Bond strength in chlorinated water
Application Areas
• On terraces left exposed under light foot traffic
• In building foundation and retaining wall waterproofing, applied from the water side
• Wet areas such as bathrooms, kitchens, terraces, and balconies
• Swimming pools
• Drinking and process water tanks
• Seawater channels and areas requiring protection against saline water
• Protection of concrete surfaces against carbonation and chloride attack
Advantages
• Fully elastic waterproofing material
• Waterproof, with a water penetration resistance of 7 bar
• UV-resistant white colour allows use without an additional coating in exposed areas
• Suitable for use in drinking water tanks
• Provides excellent adhesion to the surface
• Can be applied with a brush or sprayer
• Waterproof yet vapour-permeable
• Resistant to atmospheric carbon dioxide and chloride attack
• Resistant to freeze-thaw cycles
• Unlike conventional waterproofing materials, which require 7–28 days of curing on new concrete, this product can be applied within a few hours
